Fear of the dentist is very common. Many people put off booking, and the longer it takes, the worse it can feel. It helps to know that the visit can be made calmer.

How to prepare
- Tell me when you book that you are anxious.
- Book a first visit where we mostly talk and go through your teeth.
- Practise calm breathing. Long breaths out help the body relax.
