How it works
At the visit. I take impressions of your upper and lower jaw. From the impressions, whitening trays are made to fit your teeth exactly, so the whitening gel sits evenly and gently against the teeth. When the trays are ready you receive them together with the whitening gel and a walkthrough of how to use them.
How to do it at home. Brush your teeth first. Put a small amount of gel in the tray, insert it and wipe away any excess that has reached the gums. Wear the tray for as long and as often as I have recommended for you. Take it out, rinse your mouth and wash the tray. Keep the tray in its case.
During treatment. Avoid coffee, tea, red wine and smoking, as they can stain the teeth again. Your teeth may feel a little sensitive for a short while. It passes, and I will advise you if it becomes uncomfortable. Teeth whitening is for adults.
