Light tartar removal and polishing

A simpler treatment where I clean the surfaces of the teeth. It does not include an examination, assessment or pocket depth measurement.

1. Tartar removal. Light tartar and bacterial deposits, such as biofilm (plaque), are removed from the tooth surfaces with ultrasonic and hand instruments.

2. Polishing. The tooth surfaces are polished smooth so new bacterial deposits stick less.
