When to seek care
How do I know if I have bad breath?
It is hard to tell yourself, because you get used to it. Smell your floss after using it, or ask someone you trust. If it persists, tartar or gum inflammation can be the cause.
If you have bad breath despite good oral hygiene, the cause may be something else. Talk to your doctor or dentist. If you want me to look at your gums and tartar, you can book a visit.
